yeah. everything hurts. mostly from the soreness that came from yesterday’s yoga which was fun… and surprisingly sweaty. and now the cramps and everything that comes with woman problems have taken over my body. all i did today was sit around and watch k-dramas and eat all that i could. D: all i want while on my period are chicken wings, ice cream, and k-dramas. UGH. SOMEONE FIX ME.

breakfast: i made steamed pork buns last night so i had the last bun. mmm. so yummy. :3 i also made toast with PB&J and banana. oh gosh. how come no one told me this was so delish? i love pb and banana by itself, but the organic non-fat jelly just makes it yummy. i wish there was still a less sugary substitute for jelly. suggestions?
lunch: TBA i had a super late lunch (like i started eating at 3 PM… linner…). i had some rice, kimchi, and leftovers from home again. hehe. so much food i took from home. whaddup. i also had an apple and some watermelon. yum. :3
dinner: TBA
workout: did some yoga. did 2 videos that were nice and calming yoga poses (20 minutes each). then i’m currently doing jillian michael’s yoga meltdown level 1. jfc. EVERYTHING HURTS. AND I’M NOT EVEN HALFWAY THROUGH. i had to take a break since everything just burns too much. hahaha. i will power through as much as i can though. will update soon… okay so i managed to get through the whole 35+ minutes of the video. jfc. it was so tough, but it felt so good. my flexibility is slowly coming back. sweeeet. will try the video again another day… or maybe not. we’ll see. lol.
it started to rain so i didn’t wanna go outside to the gym. lol. lazy… i know. XD but a huge storm is coming through apparently. womp. :(

breakfast: i technically didn’t have a breakfast. LOL.
lunch: nachos. oh gosh. they were so good. ;D i also made a peanut butter and jelly toast sandwich with half of a banana… then i ate the other half by itself. ahhh yes.
dinner: i had to use up my last 2 avocados since they pretty much went bad. i had to discard at least half of my avocado (each). :( but i made some guac and added some to my ham sandwich and saved some for dipping. i had a fruit smoothie to use up my berries. then i had some tortilla chips with my guac and salsa. i still have a lot of guac left. :x
workout: the gym was so cold today. YAYYYY. :D i was on the elliptical for 20 minutes and then i went on the treadmill for 1 mile. my shins were acting up again. UGH. STAHP IT. i did some weights, crunches, squats, and lunges. phew! trying to get back into shape is a booger. XD
i work tomorrow, so i might not workout, but we’ll see. :) have a wonderful week everyone!

breakfast: i had an amy’s burrito; they are so addicting… oh my gosh. then i had a little bit of chips and salsa.
lunch: spinach salad. rice with leftovers. apple. YAY!

workout: probably not gonna happen. it’s late, i’m lazy, and i’m tired from cleaning my room, the living room, bathroom, and the kitchen. PHEW. i also managed to clean out more of my B&BW jars. i was boring and decided to fill them with q-tips and cotton balls. lololol. i have about 10+ more left so i’ll use those as gifting vehicles or something. hehe. it’s hard work to clean everything though! ugh. i hated cleaning them, but the satisfaction i get from releasing the wax from the jar is utterly fascinating and ultimately satisfying. lol. but yeah. i pretty much worked out for like 6+ hours since i’ve been cleaning since 10 AM… squatting, pushing the heavy vacuum, wiping everything, lifting heavy boxes… i mean yeah. PRETTY MUCH AN ARM WORKOUT. lol. whatevz. i’ll workout tomorrow for sure. :)

breakfast: cereal with almond milk.
lunch: greek yogurt with granola and strawberries, nectarine, fruit salad (watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries), ham sandwich.
dinner: i ate too dang much. lol. i made nachos (tortilla chips, cheese, guacamole); had a salad with the leftover guacamole from my nachos; rice with leftovers from home.
workout: walked 2.5 miles and i had to stop because my thighs were on fire. like i couldn’t stop scratching them. i think all the blood was rushing to my legs. lololol. i remembered this happened when i first started to run. UGH. I NEED TO START RUNNING AGAIN. but there was NO way in hell was i going to run in 84 degree humid gym. UH NO. the high was 92. >< daaaaang. the weather is getting hotter here in texas. ugh. booo. GO AWAY. lololol. i did some weights, squats and lunges yesterday too. i think i might be ready to move up in weights now. i keep saying that, but i always end up defaulting to my original weights since i’m afraid of failing or something. lol. idk. whatever. we’ll see. :)

so i was on my way to the gym and i had to restore my ipod. i hate working out without music. so i’ve been sitting on my laptop for the last 15 minutes trying to restore it. ugh. this is too troublesome. it’s getting late too. >:( whatever. i will go to the gym. I WILL GO TO THE GYM.

breakfast: cereal with almond milk. stopped by starbucks because i was super tired. got chai tea with some oatmeal (added the nuts and raisins to it).
lunch: turkey sandwich and greek yogurt with strawberries and granola.
snack: i tried that muller greek yogurt corner thing. it had yogurt with caramelized almonds. i ended up liking the yogurt by itself more than with the almonds. lol. either way, it was pretty good. i don’t like how large the square of yogurt it is. -___-;
dinner: crap. i ate a lot. rice with some leftovers from home (kung pao chicken and some curry), salad with lemon herb vinaigrette and 1/2 an avocado, the other 1/2 of the avocado with some tortilla chips and lemon, watermelon, banana. yeah. i ate A LOT. :x
workout: walked for 3.1 miles. lifted some weights and did some squats and lunges. god. i’m so tired. it was so humid… ugh. the fans were all on (2/3 of them were on the highest speed) and it was still SUPER hot and humid. like someone was radiating heat while in there and the heat was trapped in the room. >< anyway, it was really hard to run without wanting to die. my lungs literally could not take the humidity in the room. it was like i was breathing in water. lololol. UGH. whatever. when i got back to my room, i saw myself in the mirror and jeebus. there was sweat EVERYWHERE. all over my shirt and all over my legs (and i wore shorts… wtf). everytime i did a set of weights, my buns were BURNING. like it was just REALLY hot. that is all. D:
ahhh. okay. i’m going to sleep now. WEEEEE!
but i’m trying to get back on track. finally. lol. it felt good to workout, but it sucked trying to get there to be honest. but i’ll slowly but surely get to running again… they better turn on the AC by tomorrow. just saying. lol.

not an update. but i really need to get my butt back to the gym. ugh. it’s been a week. i went home for the weekend and it was aight. i lost my phone so i definitely needed to go home for the weekend. i also had an event in dallas, so i stayed at home until this morning. i came back to my apartment and hopefully i can start up again tomorrow. or at least friday. ughhhh. i need to clean so i might do that tomorrow instead of working out. ummm… if you saw my apartment, you’d say that cleaning my apartment would be a workout. hahaha. oh well.
we’ll see. gotta go to sleep since i work tomorrow so i’ll see you guys tomorrow! hopefully…

ugh. the heat is starting to stick and it’s just gross…
breakfast: cereal with almond milk… and a banana. :D
lunch: i had rice with this fried fish in sambal sauce my mom made for me. it was so good. and now i don’t have anymore. ;____; oh and i had a salad.
snack: i had tropical fruit trail mix type deal. it has like dried apricots and dried pineapples, some almonds and walnuts, banana chips, dried cranberries and raisins and coconut shavings. not bad. not THE best snack since it’s full of sugar, but better than eating some chips.
dinner: speaking of chips, i totally had some funyans. lol. fail. oh well. i also had some more rice with curry and kung pao chicken my mom made me. did i mention how i love going home since it means that mom makes me dinners that will last for a while? hehehe.
workout: walked for 2.5 miles and ran the last 0.5 miles. ahhhh. it freakin SUCKED again. D: but i was reading a book and it was getting interesting. it’s called “food politics” by marion nestle. it’s basically exposing the food industry influences politics and whatnot. interesting read so far. but i just got to chapter 2. hahaha. then i did some pushups, squats, and lunges. i tried to go back to 20 lb dumbbells but my knee almost gave out sooo i had to go back down to 15. i used to do 20 easily. this is what happens when you don’t workout for a long time. LET THIS BE A LESSON FOR YOU, KIDS. lol. XD

lunch: turkey sandwich (with ancient grain bread or something… lol. obviously, i can’t remember anything right now), watermelon (mmm. so sweeeeeet :3).
snack: apple; i went to an event to network myself… i was a little miffed about the fact that there wasn’t substantial food. it was snacky food, which is fine, buuuuut i was STARVING. D: i had some cheese cubes, a cracker, a mini cupcake (SO CUTE and the red velvet and cream cheese frosting was delish), and some carrots. bahhhhh.
dinner: turkey sandwich again, fruit salad (watermelon, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries). it was a great dinner, but i ended up having to eat at like 10 PM. ugh. D:
workout: FINALLY. I WORKED OUT. thanks to finals, i had to hold off on workouts. bahhhhh. but i walked for 2 miles and then ran 0.5 miles. why did i stop at 2.5 miles total and not finish the last 0.5 miles? BECAUSE I WAS DYING. GOD. having to learn how to run again freakin sucks. NEVER LETTING THIS HAPPEN EVER AGAIN. D: now remember, i haven’t actually had a good run for like a month… sooo… my body was not having it. lol. after that, i did some push ups, squats, and reverse lunges. ahhhh. yeah. my body was like WTF IS EXERCISE. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? STAHPPPPP. D: oh well. i went back and it sucked, but i gotta keep on moving (literally). i’ll go again tomorrow morning for a real run and workout harder if i can. i wish i had more today, but ugh. not having time to eat sucks. i tried, yall. i tried. lol.
btw, the fruit salad was freakin delicious from dinner. :3 definitely doing that again! definitely making watermelon a staple in my fruit selection. :D i got the pre-cut quarter watermelon soooo… definitely feeling it. hehe. anyway, that’s all for now. sorry for the neglect, but i’m back. :)

breakfast: honey chex with almond milk; stopped by the donut shop to get donuts for my TA who was AMAZINGGGG. she was so helpful in probably my toughest class so far. she deserved those donuts. ;D i ate a chocolate donut and a kolache though. :x
lunch: pesto pasta, 3 clementines, ritz chips.
dinner: salad with a new dressing! i tried the marie callender’s lemon herb vinaigrette… it tasted like the mustard yogurt dressing i tried earlier. lololol. fail? ehhh. it was aight. i mixed the spinach and the spring mix salad. ahhh yessss. i also had some carrots with the dressing as well. then i made some chicken parm. it was aight too. lol.
workout: it was a FAIL. i had so much work/studying to do, but i got out and did something. i was on the elliptical for 20 minutes and then walked on the treadmill for another 25 minutes. then i left. yeah. i got things to do and it was super late by the time i left. ahhh. so dark and scary outside. :O #pansy. lol.
anyway, got more studying to do. i’ll be done in less than 96 hours. COME ON. I CAN DO IT. GRAD SCHOOL YEAR ONE, ALMOST DONEEEEEE. >:D
